COVID-19 POLICY
While wearing a mask is not mandatory during treatments, we understand that everyone has different comfort levels when it comes to mask usage. We will continue to provide masks to all who wish to wear one.
As courtesy to fellow patients, patients are asked to reschedule their appointment if they have been exposed to, or test positive for COVID-19 within the last 10 days. Please contact your Primary Care Physician (PCP) if you are experiencing any of ther following symptoms: runny nose, nasal congestion, shortness of breath, body aches, nausea, or difficulty breathing, vomitting, or diarrhea.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours
The Full service amount will be charged for no-shows
This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid these fee penalties. We understand that situations may happen. We will make every effort to accommodate re-scheduling in the event of an emergency.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
We are not accepting insurance at this moment. We do accept Flexible Spending Accounts or Health Savings Plans, and a superbill may be requested if your insurance plan covers out-of-network providers. Please consult with your insurance provider prior to treatment to confirm your plan coverage/reimbursement for acupuncture.
